The heated base contains a 13 Watt carbon fibre element for even heat distribution. This unit is not thermostatically controlled and is designed to increase the ambient growing media temperature by around 8° Degrees. With individual propagators this provides isolated growing environments reducing the risk of disease and pest cross contamination
